Thank you for shopping at Autobahn-parts. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and provide refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any labels, tags, and seals.
  • You must request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Electrical parts or components (unless defective)
    • Special orders or custom items
    • Products marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@autobahn-parts.com or +968 7151 7715 within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for sending the item back to us.
  4. Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during the return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 15 business days to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • If you received a free shipping offer, the original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product. Follow the return process outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label and process a full refund or send a replacement part, depending on your preference.

To expedite the resolution, please provide the following when reporting a damaged or defective item:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged or defective part(s)
  • A description of the damage or issue
  • Your order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Custom or special order parts
  • Products that are not in their original condition, packaging, or without the original invoice
  • Electrical parts (unless defective)

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or you received an incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately. After the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
